What Our Travellers Say About Us
EXCELLENT Based on 20 reviews Elaine Morrison24 August 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just returned home after a fabulous tour of Japan with Belinda. We were a small group that enjoyed the very specialised and personal service that was well worth the cost of the tour. We enjoyed so many high end meals and very comfortable hotels located close to everything we needed. I thoroughly enjoyed our many cultural experiences. Was so thankful our many bullet train journeys were all ticketed and organised by Belinda as well as our private sightseeing buses with lovely guides. My only complaint was our tour wasn't long enough. My personal opinion is you really need to spend 14 days in Japan. We visited most of the best attractions in the time that we had. Just a few of my many highlights (there was so many) were our visits to Himeji-jo Castle, The Golden Temple, Hiroshima and Mt Fuji. Overall an awesome tour with something special to do and see every day. This was not my first tour with Belinda and each and every one has been a wonderful experience. Looking forward to my next one in the very near future. Gillian Dite11 August 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've just returned from my second trip with Belinda and Group Link Travel. I accompanied my mum on both trips and we had a wonderful time on both. Belinda's attention to detail and planning was first rate. Our first trip was to Norfolk Island and coincided with the Bounty Day celebrations. The activities Belinda organised for us gave us insight into life on the island and we learned a lot about its history. It's a beautiful destination and it was amazing to see so many Norfolk Pines. Our second trip was to the Great Australian Bight and was jam packed with highlights and fresh seafood. We saw many, many whales and their calves from a tour boat and from land. We explored the Nullabor and experience its vastness, in daylight and at a dinner under the stars. The cliffs of the bight were magnificent. Whale watching trip on a boat during the northern migration was the highlight. We saw spouts, whales breeching, fin flapping & heard numerous soundings. The day at the Hunter Valley Gardens was enjoyable & 4WD along Stockton beach to Tin City was great fun. Belinda is a great Tour Leader. My husband and I have done several trips with Group Link Travel, the most recent a month ago when we toured Sydney and the Blue Mountains. As has been the case on every trip, Belinda's organisation was exceptional. The days were packed with fun and interesting activities, but also some time within the tour to do our own thing. This was much appreciated, as sometimes some down time when you are on tour is important. Comfortable accommodation throughout in great locations meant we were able to walk to some venues/activities which was great after a day of travel. Thanks Belinda, you have a way of finding the very best activities in each place we visit, and your 'surprise day' of a winery visit was so much fun. We very much look forward to our next trip with Group Link Travel. Joyann Bramich28 March 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wow, an amazing 5 days in Melbourne for the International Flower Show organised by Belinda. Our group of 21 Tasmanians enjoyed the beautiful Bolobek & Alowyn Gardens with a relaxing afternoon of wine testing at Yering Farm. The International flower show and of course time for retail therapy, catching up with family and friends for some. Our final day with a guided tour of Como House. The accommodation, meals and organisation, top class as with all of Belinda's tours. I've taken many of Belinda's tours over the years and never found fault. Belinda's expertise & organising skills are second to none and Group Link will always be my choice . Thank you for a great week. The trip to the Great Australian Bight was full of memorable experiences and Belinda was a friendly organised guide which made everything run smoothly. The dinner under the stars and the oyster shucking at Coffin Bay were fabulous. Another wonderful trip with Belinda. Belinda always looks after her group so well when on tour.Jo and l thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Norfolk Island. Everything was organised for us. I will definitely go with Group Link Travel again. Joyann Bramich15 April 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I joined another wonderful tour with Group Link Travel visiting Portland & surrounding areas including Mt Gambier. What a fun packed 5 days we had. The itinerary met the high standard Group Link provide with all their tours. The accommodation, meals, luncheon venues & daily activities were all planned to suit every ones needs. Belinda, our tour leader always goes the extra mile for her clients & had thought of everything including my personal highlight, the Portland Dahlia & Rose show. I have been enjoying Group Link tours for nearly 7 years, they are so well organized. My only complaint....there are too many great tours to choose from ! Joyann B Sherryl Falcone29 January 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have travelled several times with Group Link Travel and it has always been a relaxing, 'stress free' adventure. Belinda sees to all the details and provides that 'personal touch' that makes travel enjoyable. Home pick-ups and navigating airports are just a couple of things that are made easy. And the destinations and highlights are well thought out and planned. I especially enjoyed the 2023 trip to Norfolk Island, which included the Bounty Day celebrations. I will happily travel with Group Link in the future.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Japan Tour Testimonials
I am still recovering from the most incredible tour of my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for all the surprises and your efforts to collate such tremendous numbers of them, all without a hitch. How do you do it? I was very impressed with the number of attractions you managed to fit into the time. A surprise around every corner. Seriously, I could not be happier, satisfied, impressed and confident it could not be bettered. My highlights: 95% of the trip. (The other 5% was missing a real proper Coffee, but that was OK!)
Victor
We can’t thank you enough for organising such an amazing holiday. The places we saw, the things we did, the accommodation and food were all fabulous. It is hard to pick a favourite but a highlight was definitely the mystery day. What a treat and not something everyone gets to do while in Japan. Mt Fuji was another wonderful experience and we were so incredibly lucky to have several days where we had absolutely clear views of this world heritage site.

Lesley and I thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Japan due very much to your skills in putting together a trip which gave us great insight into the country and its culture. You enabled us to be part of some lifetime experiences such as the dinner with Maiko which was incredible as were a number of the other dining experiences. Your even tempered approach especially in some trying circumstances was much appreciated and your calmness in shepherding the group through train and bus stations gave us all confidence to give it a go on our days off. Thanks again and we would thoroughly recommend the trip to others - it really exceeded our expectations.
David & Lesley
Words are inadequate to express my gratitude for the wonderful tour you organised and the friendly and professional manner in which you navigated the busy schedule and occasional challenge. Your efforts are greatly appreciated by dad and I.
